Orders placed before 15:00 on business days are usually processed on the same day. If there are any delays in processing, we will notify you through our banner so you can take this into account before you place an order.
Delivery time between 1-3 days for the Netherlands and 3-10 days for other countries within Europe.

- Drop us an email with your order number, tell us why you're returning stuff, and how we can reach you.
- We will send you a label to send your stuff back.
- Pack up your item(s) like a pro. Don't forget to include your order info in the package!
- Once we receive it, you will have your rightful refund within a maximum of 10 business days.
